Talabani, President of the Republic of Iraq for a second session
Baghdad, Voice of the members of the Iraqi Council of Representatives pm, Thursday, on the assumption of Jalal Talabani's Kurdish blocs coalition candidate for the post of President of the Republic for a second term after winning in the second round of voting, 195 votes.
