Iraq acting speaker calls for open session on Nov.8
Iraqi acting Parliament speaker Foad Maassoum called on MPs on Tuesday to resume the first parliamentary session on Monday November 8.
In an official memo to the political parties and members of Parliament, Masasoum called to hold the first open session on November 28 and elect a Parliament speaker and two deputies by virtue of Constitution Article 55.
Resuming parliament sessions goes in lines with the federal court decision on October 24 stipulating to resume sessions within two weeks from the aforementioned date.

note article says the 28th --- don't think it's correct --- should be the 8th like the other articles ---yeah
