A source from within the meeting of the National Alliance, held at the home of President of the Reform Movement, Dr. Ibrahim al-Jaafari that he was agreed to Jaafari’s nomination as vice president Jalal Talabani.
The source pointed to a reporter (news agency, media / INA) that Jaafari’s nomination was approved by the Iraqi List and the Kurdistan Alliance, noting that the agreement on the Alliance candidate for Vice-President of the House of Representatives has not been decided yet, but consultations are continuing to choose one of the candidates, namely Hadi Al-Ameri, Khalid al-Attiyah.
