Iraqi Planning Minister warns of "financial crisis" because of the delay Agheraralmoisnp

Baghdad, November 9 (Rn) - The Minister of Planning and Development Cooperation Ali Baban, Iraq, Tuesday, from entering the country's financial crisis in the event of a large unfinished budget in its roof, the time set for the month of December.

Baban said the Kurdistan News Agency (Rn) that "the Ministry of Planning is afraid of the late adoption of the budget in 2011 because of political differences," noting that "the financial crisis and dangerous setback in the project will be not released the budget at the time the legal set for the month of December next."

He explained that the doors "to place the budget for the next general political whims, by imposing political bands which will make the economic situation in the country in the tunnel is not his first nor the last." He said.

Baban said that "countries that have an integrated economic system to vote on the financial budget two months ahead of schedule, to allow for the ministries and government departments to act in good funds allocated to them."

The Council of the prime minister was postponed earlier in the discussion of the budget in 2011 to the time of an unannounced, in order to address the problem of the difference in the price of oil between the ministries of finance and oil.

The initial budget for Iraq for the next year about 86 billion and $ 400 million, assuming the price of oil is $ 70 per barrel, an increase of up to 14 billion dollars in the last budget.

Many feel that the delay in adoption of the budget would put the country in the midst of another crisis, will reflect negatively on service projects and investment in the country.

And usually sees the preparation of budgets, the country's financial and approval delays by the government and the House of Representatives because of the large number of objections and criticisms on some of its clauses, notably, the object of exchange and the financial allocations for some government institutions and the three presidencies.
