Central: Investing in four years, Gone with the Wind

The central bank adviser said the appearance of Mohammed Saleh said that since the enactment of the Investment Law No. 13 of 2006 where we have not seen any progress in attracting foreign investment so far

The reason is due to internal and external factors are an obstacle to the foreign investor, on the grounds that Iraq is still under Chapter VII, which is the biggest impediment to investment.

Saleh added that Chapter VII is an international threat to the Iraqi economy because it allows the use of force and injustice of this is Iraq, which seeks good relations at the international level.
