Deputy Prime Minister Nuri al-Rose Shaways with the Japanese ambassador Susumu Ha Singhao ways of strengthening bilateral relations between Iraq and Japan and developed.
The Shaways during the meeting that Iraq and Japan ties with friendship and mutual cooperation based on solid foundations and that Japan is a country friendly to Iraq and has always been supportive of the stability and development.
For his part, Singhao his country's keenness on strengthening bilateral relations between Iraq and Japan and develop the interest of the two friendly countries, adding that Japan is looking to build a solid economic ties and long-term relationship with Iraq.
He pointed out that Japanese companies have committed a number of vital projects and mission projects such as the development of water and electricity networks in the province of Kurdistan and the support and financing of loans, irrigation projects in central and southern Iraq, roads and bridges in the province of Muthanna, and other other projects to develop the infrastructure of the Iraqi economy.
