Addressing the Parliament of the Federal Court on the validity of the President to veto laws

House of Representatives decided to address the Federal Court to indicate its views on the powers granted to the President of the Republic according to Article 73 the third paragraph relating to veto laws passed by the House of Representatives or not.
The Committee held responsible for amending the rules of procedure of the Council of Representatives will hold a meeting yesterday under the chairmanship of First Deputy Chairman of the House of Representatives Qusay al-Suhail in the Hall of constitutional of the Council and in the presence of legal advisers of the Council.
The Committee concluded the discussion and to make amendments to some of the remaining articles of the rules of procedure, which was not discussed during previous meetings. Included the amendments made materials for strengthening the role of the regulatory, legislative and its relationship with the government and how to conduct a correspondence with her, were also modified the paragraphs on how to read and discussed the laws that are from the government and the presidency of the republic, the House of Representatives.
The conferees decided according to a statement issued by the information department received a «morning» copy of it, to prevent the entry of weapons into the House of Representatives is strictly prohibited and any party whatsoever.
The Committee agreed to make the rules legally binding on the House of Representatives and binding on the Government in the paragraphs to which they relate.
