Syria, Turkey, step up (partnership) and highlighted the need to form a government in Iraq

DAMASCUS: Syria said Monday that Turkey and their relationship beyond the bilateral relationship to become a "strategic partnership" and underlined the necessity of forming a government in Iraq, Mendd the decision taken by the Israeli government about the Jewish state.
