Allawi: Government crisis turns into critical issue
During his meeting with Kurdistan leader Massoud Barazani in Arbil, head of Al Iraqiya List Iyad Allawi cautioned that the government formation has grew into a serious and critical issue.
Allawi called to re-distribute positions in terms of partnership. Allawi stressed that partnership is not only in words, it is part of political and strategic decisions.
Barazani for his part stressed the necessity to find adequate solutions in order to end the political crisis in Iraq.
Barazani said he is willing to support any initiative to near views among political parties in order to form an effective national partnership government that includes all parties.
In his first visit to Arbil, Al Iraqiya member Ousama Al Nujaifi described the past stage as sensitive. Al Nujaifi called to resolve all pending issues between central and regional governments.
