High-level U.S. delegation carrying a message from Obama and Biden to Barzani

Erbil: President of the Kurdistan region Massoud Barzani on Wednesday in the resort of Salah al-Din, a delegation of U.S. high-level, which included Tony Pellnkn national security adviser to U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden, James Jeffrey, U.S. Ambassador to Iraq, and Gen. Lloyd Austin, commander of U.S. forces in Iraq and a number of officials Americans.

He also said President Barzani that he should be before the formation of any government, to resolve several issues, particularly with respect by the partnership and how to manage the country in accordance with the Constitution, saying: You do not have any red line on any other person or party, it is important for us is the principles that will be agreed upon, such as partnerships and planning powers and the political program and abide by the constitution.

On the Federal Court decision to end the Iraqi Council of Representatives, President Barzani: We are committed to the decision of the Constitutional Court, but at the same time, we emphasize the principle of consensus on key issues.

For his part, National Security Adviser to U.S. Vice-President, said that Washington informed on the efforts and attempts by President Barzani's efforts to accelerate the formation of the government on the basis of correct and incorrect, praising the efforts of President Barzani in this regard.
