Foreign Minister participates in the meeting of foreign ministers of Arab countries and African Preparatory Conference for the Arab summit - African
Chaired by Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, the delegation of the Republic of Iraq participating in the meeting of Arab foreign ministers and the African Preparatory Conference for the Arab summit - Africa on Friday, 08/10/2010, where were discussed the Arab strategy - the African partnership and the operational plan for the development of this partnership, and the Declaration of Sirte.
It is noteworthy that the Arab summit - the second African to be held in Sirte On Sunday 10/10/2010, and had held the Arab Conference - the first African in Egypt in 1977.
This was conducted by the Minister of Foreign Affairs a number of bilateral meetings with a number of Arab foreign ministers on the sidelines of the African Ministerial Meeting.
This meeting was attended by the Iraqi delegation head of the department head of the Arab and Africa as well as Permanent Representative of Iraq to the League of Arab States.
