The Iraqi government will sue Wikileaks site in America
Confirmed the Minister of Human Rights in Iraq, Wijdan Michael said the Iraqi government intends to sue the site «Wikileaks» in the case show that the documents published by Iraq on the Site is incorrect and inaccurate.
Mikhail said that he will be prosecuted under international law and the U.S. as the site «Wikileaks» exists in America and not according to Iraqi law adopted after the committee set up by the Prime Minister to verify the accuracy of the information published by the site.
Michael said in a press statement that freedom of expression guaranteed to all charges but not the freedom of expression, stressing that if it was the right of expression is guaranteed the right of reply and the right to claim rights is also guaranteed.
