French Ambassador in Iraq Ewaln Yassin, on Wednesday, for completing the formalities for opening a consulate in the province of Dhi Qar, stressing that his country is seeking to eject Iraq from under Chapter VII.

Ewaln added that “his work a strong will to consolidate relations with Iraq in political, cultural and economic,” asserting that “the quest to get Iraq under Chapter VII.”

The French delegation headed by Ambassador visited the province of Babylon, on Tuesday, at the invitation of the provincial council which he discussed ways to develop the economy of the province, the delegation was received by Governor of Babylon, and we hinted approved agency and members of the provincial council.

The Ewaln that “the French-Iraqi relations are old and seeks to deepen the cross-access to the Iraqi market, a market large investment for international companies,” pointing out that “French companies have invested a number of projects including the company Jubnker French to assemble trucks in public facilities for Mechanical Industries in Alexandria North Babylon, 50 km south of Baghdad, which will be collected next year. ”

He said the French ambassador that “his country also wants to invest major projects to solve the housing crisis in Iraq,” noting that “research with the local government in Babylon ways to develop the city’s economy in the future, as well as projects to build bridges and buildings and the development and situation of agriculture in the province as an agricultural city” .

Ewaln revealed that he “will be the opening of the French agricultural house in Baghdad, in November next, to develop agriculture in the country in general.”

For his part, Governor of Babylon and the agency approved we hinted that “the administration of the province looks forward to strengthening cultural and economic relations with France,” noting that “the delegation discussed a number of cultural issues, economic and development situation of tourism in Babylon.”

The French Ambassador Ewaln Yassin said in an interview with “Alsumaria News” last September, his country is seeking to enter the Iraqi market to strongly considered by the market for large investment firms.
