And thanked for their efforts in the success of the first review of the Convention on the emergency support of SPA3 held in June 2010 and the endorsement of the Board of Trustees on its findings that led to the launch of the Fund the amount of $ 741 million of principal who has pledged to fund grant for Iraq to support the budgets of 2010 and 2011 ».

He pointed out that« the Deputy Director General of the Fund promised to study the management of these applications in order to achieve, and that the Fund is ready to provide all forms of support and assistance to Iraq to build its capacity ». The statement declared that: «It was agreed that is the second review of the Convention support the SPA3 in the month of November and be completed by the end of the year so that the Fund if approved by the Board of Directors on the results of this review, the release of the equivalent of one billion and $ 600 million of the loan mentioned above, to support the budget».
He said: «The Deputy Director General of the Fund pointed out that Iraq, despite conditions that are going through, but he was able to accomplish all the objectives of the Convention on the support and hope to continue in Iraq in order to accomplish other goals.
The Vice-President expressed his remarks on the Iraqi budget for 2011 and proposed that the realism and to adopt the assumptions that Iraq was able to be in a position of financial and economic good and stable ».
To that, he met with the Minister of Finance with the Managing Director of the World Bank Mjoani Ondroeti and discussed with her the possibility of transferring the World Bank office located in Amman to Baghdad. The second statement issued by the ministry: «The Ministry of Finance is working to find the headquarters of the World Bank in Baghdad and in a safe area, indicating Finance Minister demanded an amount of $ 500 million from the World Bank after the capital increase to finance some projects related to services and particularly water projects ».
He called al-Zubaidi: «increase the Bank's efforts in building the capabilities of the workers in various ministries and to support the government's efforts to shift from a centralized economy to support the private economy and private economy seamlessly».
The statement noted: «The Ondroeti promised to seriously consider requests for Iraq, particularly as it understands the current situation and respond as much as possible to these requests».
