Zebari: the responsibility of forming the government rests with the political leadership not only to neighboring countries
Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari said the task and responsibility of forming the government rests with political leaders should not put the blame on the neighboring countries after more than seven months of the election.
He called Zebari said in his statement of Iraq's neighbors to support the formation of a representative government as soon as comprehensive as possible, indicating that it is in their interest to set a vision and an end to the gridlock that has reached the process of forming the government.
Zebari said that the formation of the government was of the issues discussed by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki with the Syrian leadership, particularly at the earlier position of his candidacy for the next prime minister, as the there is research with its neighbor Iran is also on the outstanding issues Katrsim land and water borders, pointing to the presence of a delegation Iraq in Tehran to study these files in addition to the work of joint committees between the two countries.
