ASEM 8 Chair's Statement and Brussels Declaration
ASEM 8 Host Belgium has the honor and pleasure to present herewith the ASEM 8 Chair’s Statement of the ASEM 8 Summit and the Brussels Declaration on More Effective Global Economic Governance. With these two concluding documents, the ASEM 8 Summit reaches completion.
After the Closing Ceremony and the Coordinators’ Press Conference, Heads of State and Government/Heads of Delegation, together with H.R.H. Prince Philippe and H.R.H. Princess Mathilde, visit the exhibit “A Passage to Asia” at BOZAR, Centre for Fine Arts of Brussels. This completes the Leaders’ meeting with a cultural program exhibiting the historical backdrop to the Asia-Europe friendship of today.
