National Alliance adopted three mechanisms, if not resolved five days had chosen its candidate for prime minister

While awaiting the observers of the talks on forming the government for five days, set by the National Alliance for the selection of one candidate for prime minister by consensus, sources said the National Coalition said the alliance will depend three mechanisms for the selection of its candidate, if not successful compatibility

A member of the National Coalition Adel Abdul-Mahdi told a news briefing: that the rumors that talk about the possibility of waiving his candidacy for prime minister for a president of a coalition of state law, Nuri al-Maliki is incorrect.

He stressed the leadership of the Supreme Council for the National Coalition of all components strongly supports the candidate, Adel Abdul Mahdi as prime minister, adding that there was a proposal to hold a meeting attended by Abdul-Mahdi and the candidate of a coalition of state law, Nuri al-Maliki to discuss with each other on the question of choosing a single candidate of consensus.
But Maaleh however, saying that such a proposal may not sing about something that does not lead to any result, because the issue is not related to the desire of candidates as much attached to blocks and their candidates and see the masses of the importance of submitting to the mechanism of compromise and find convictions sufficient and bring the views, if reached consensus to the result we will come out with one candidate and if we can not, there are other options, refusing disclosure.
The MP Maaleh that «a paper had been discussed during previous meetings and agreed upon in the National Alliance will abide by the next prime minister, regardless of the identity of the candidate they include controls and foundations regarding the work of the Council of Ministers and the relationship between the prime minister and parliamentary blocs».
On a related matter, said sources in the Iraqi National Coalition, the National Alliance will be followed by three mechanisms to choose its candidate for prime minister in the event of failure of the compatibility between candidates and Adel Abdul-Mahdi Nouri al-Maliki.
The sources said that the first mechanism will depend on the Committee of Wise Men on the second depends on the voting members of the coalition, while the third mechanism includes thinking about other candidates, rather than al-Maliki and Abdul-Mahdi.
