Assistant Secretary General of Arab League and Head of Department of Occupied Palestine and Arab Territories at the League Ambassador Mohamed Subaih said today that the Palestinian cause tops the agenda of the Arab foreign ministers meeting due to be held in Cairo on Tuesday.

In a statement to Palestinian News Agency 'Wafa,' Subaih stressed that the Ministerial Council of Arab Foreign Ministers should opt for decisions commensurate with the dangerous situation in the occupied Al-Quds.
