Maliki receives a telephone call from his Syrian counterpart after a deep tension

BAGHDAD (Iba) Follow-up / - Iraqi Prime Minister received the outgoing Nuri al-Maliki, on Thursday, a telephone call from his Syrian counterpart Mohammed al-Otari, for the first time since the rupture between the two countries last summer.
