Face President Jalal Talabani, an appeal to the members of the House of Representatives, which he called deputies to report daily to the House of Representatives , and the exercise of their responsibilities of office before the people, and work to achieve a quorum for the convening of the Council and the exercise of its constitutional role , and ending the state lag in the functioning of the parliamentary process, And pressure on all political blocs in order to accelerate the formation of the government.

"We are following with great satisfaction and supports the initiative of His Excellency Vice- President, Dr. Adel Abdel Mahdi and Tareq al-Hashemi to come to the parliament building , along with other deputies to the people of Iraq, who is looking forward impatiently to end the status of a constitutional vacuum , and solve the crisis of government formation, and Taking notice of the elected authorities to establish security and stability in the country, and elevating the level of public services , and payments drive the economy forward.
We and out of our duty and our commitment to the rule of law in the country , and ensure compliance with the Iraqi constitution , we urge all members of the Iraqi Council of Representatives distinguished, to attend a day to the House of Representatives , and the exercise of their responsibilities of office before the people, and work to achieve a quorum for the convening of the Council and The exercise of its constitutional role , and ending the state lag in the functioning of the parliamentary process, and pressure on all political blocs in order to accelerate the formation of the government.
Though we recognize the novelty of the democratic process in Iraq, and many obstacles that stand in the way of consolidating this process , we emphasize the importance of completing a shared vision among the political blocs actors, to form a partnership government of national real, represent the components of Iraqi society, all meet the aspirations of the people.
It is the right of our people , who are cementing the democratic process in the country, and challenged the well-deserved the forces of terror , darkness and crime, to ask their elected representatives , and political groups active in Iraq, the performance of national duty , and the burdens of responsibility, and agreement on the foundations and components The formation of the authorities of all , in order to block the anti- Iraq's march , and critics of the political process, the new terrorists and other who would undermine the security of the country , and prevent them from exploiting the impact of delays in completion of the constitutional steps , gaps of instability , and spreading an atmosphere of chaos and a sense of disappointment , And move away from political concerns and aspirations of the Iraqi street .
The formation of a government of national partnership , as soon as possible , the need for Iraq not inevitable, to handle files urgent provision of public services of all kinds to the citizens, and launch investment, and accelerating and intensifying economic development in the country, and to achieve glory and the welfare of citizens . Especially after the withdrawal of U.S. combat troops from Iraq, and that sacrifices have been made memorable in order to liberate Iraq from dictatorship, hateful , and work side by side with Iraqi Security Forces to establish security and hunt for terrorists , as well as support in developing the capabilities of military forces and Iraqi security forces.
