Erbil investors head to Basra for conference
Erbil, A delegation from Erbil will head to Basra to participate in Basra's investment conference, said the governor of Erbil on Friday.
In a statement to AKnews, Nawzad Hadi, said a team of businessmen, contractors, and investors from Erbil will arrive in Basra on Saturday to attend an investment conference in the province.
Basra Governor Sheltagh Aboud al-Mayah met with Hadi in July and invited the businessmen from the province to join the inauguration ceremony of Basra Sheraton Hotel and attend the conference which would be held shortly afterwards in Basra.
The Kurdish delegation will share their experience in investment and economic development with Basra, according to Erbil governor.
Erbil’s governor, Hadi, will head the delegation which comprises 60 members.
