Urged U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden, the leaders of political blocs to speed up the formation of the Iraqi government.
Biden and through his belief that Iraq's political leaders are approaching the goal of forming a government, stressing the importance of being most responsible in the next government will be contributing to the strong over the Iraqi plight.
Biden said he had spoken to all these leaders during his visit to Iraq and he is fully confident that they were about to agree on forming a new government reflecting the outcome of the elections and the sacrifices of the Iraqi people, desperate for democracy, as he put it.
U.S. Vice President mentioned in his speech during the special ceremony Wednesday to mark the end of the functions of his country's forces to combat the future relationship between Washington and Baghdad and said it turned to the relationship of economic diplomacy conducted according to the strategic framework agreement between the two countries.
