Arab League expresses the hope that Iraq would reach a new stage after the withdrawal of U.S. troops

Secretary General of the League of Arab States Amr Moussa expressed hope to enter Iraq after the withdrawal of foreign forces, in a new phase, stressing the need for national reconciliation.
