Accountability and justice: re-member 650 in the dissolved Baath Party to their jobs

"The commission intends to study about 2500 another request of members of people who sought retirement, and therefore the authority is seeking to secure the decisions to bring them all to retire, but those proved to have the involvement in the crime against the Iraqi people or the other will be the assignment file to the High Tribunal, the competent in this regard.
And al-Lami said the team members of the Baath Party buried are classified into two categories, the first of the works in the security repressive will be his retirement, although some of them in the application were asked to return to the post, but the law will not allow it, and provides for them to be referred retirement.
