Arab League announces the official start preparations for the convening of the next summit in Baghdad
UN Secretary-General of the Arab League Ambassador Ahmed Ben Helli, the official start preparations for the convening of the next summit in Baghdad.
Ben Helli said in remarks to reporters, said the Foreign Ministry and the Arab League in constant contact to prepare for the summit, adding that speed up the formation of the government will have a positive effect on the summit.
He pointed out that the decision Sirte summit last provides a clear and explicit holding of the forthcoming Arab summit in Baghdad, therefore, the meetings of the next term at the level of permanent representatives of the Arab League Council Session of the 134 at the ministerial level and expected on September 16 will be chaired by Iraq and the issue of hosting the summit in Iraq or other will be in accordance with coordination between the Iraqi side and the General Secretariat of the Arab League.
