Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah met on Thursday with the visiting US Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Jeffrey Feltman.
The two sides discussed bilateral relations between Kuwait and the United States as well as issues of common concern.
The meeting was attended by Foreign Undersecretary Khaled Sulaiman Al-Jarallah, the director of the follow-up and coordination at the foreign ministry, Ambassador Khaled Mohammad Al-Maghames, the director of the bureau of the deputy premier and foreign minister, Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah, the deputy head of the two Americas of the ministry, the counselor Hamad Sulaiman Al-Meshaan, the US charge d'affaires, Thomas Williams, and other US officials.
