Iraq: We'll stop our negotiations with the Maliki if he put himself forward once again to be prime minister

Allawi said that "the negotiating paper sent by a coalition of law did not include his commitment under the chairmanship of the government."
Adding that "the paper did not address the issue of prime minister but Taatdment other issues, including governance reform, judicial and other files."
