He pointed out that Iraq is dealing with loans and grants provided by these organizations in the light of the conditions set by especially when the available facilities and the price of simple interest, noting that Iraq needs to such loans, especially that many of the important projects that are supposed to implement the stop because of fiscal parameters.

He disclosed that the country is experiencing in each of the problem of retrenchment in order to cope with the size of income, indicating that in the case of more revenue, there will be an opportunity to create more projects.

Keywords stressed that the positive aspects of the process of borrowing from these organizations is that it does not grant loans or aid or grants, but the achievement of certain conditions in the State concerned, which is a means to correct and reform the faltering financial system, fiscal, economic, and create oversight and transparency.

He added that these data encourage the government to modify some things and dealing with these organizations serve Iraq, including promoting the need for a correction on an ongoing basis, noting that the World Bank put an end to the budget deficit, including the interest of Iraq and makes the site a better international, especially that giving from the Fund and the World Bank for Iraq is testimony to the improvement of the situation and contribute to increasing confidence of the world with its economy.
