The Hague Code to reduce the spread of ballistic missiles which Iraq accepted the membership of

Foreign Ministry announced for Iraq's accession to membership of the States were part of the Hague Code of reducing the spread of ballistic missiles.
The ministry said in a statement issued today that the Iraqi Embassy in Vienna received a letter from the Permanent Representative of France to the International Atomic Energy Agency, in his capacity as rotating president of the Hague Code to reduce the spread of ballistic missiles, which he offered congratulations to the Iraqi government on the occasion of Iraq's acceptance of membership in the Code.
The statement noted that the French ambassador emphasized that this step taken by the Government of Iraq is important for the international community because it will contribute to and directly in strengthening the collective security system, so Iraq is a valuable model for other countries that have not acceded to this blog.
Iraq has become to accept membership in the Code which states No. 131.
