Economists stress the importance of the five-year plan and the need to implement

A number of those interested in economic affairs need to work five-year plan that was approved recently for being a positive gesture in the way of overall economic development, and to begin implementation of its mechanisms to ensure correct pace to walk about to reach the economic level, which guarantees the welfare of the citizens.
Dr. Khalil high professor of economics at Al Mansour University College, Iraq witnessed a five-year plans and treated since the seventies of the last century, after touching the specialists whether positive, especially in the application staging for several years, and in productive sectors, including industrial, agricultural and service and the establishment of priorities where basic needs are the foundation.

He said there were challenges to those who plan to overcome by accelerating development of legislation has to gain legitimacy after that, with the importance of coordination among concerned bodies five-year plan to avoid the obstacles that hinder the work plan and to unite the efforts in this context for the implementation of vocabulary plan ratified by the Government for the years 2010 - 2014 which aims to reduce barriers and Almarqlat between urban and rural areas and provision of infrastructure and services and create jobs and eliminate unemployment and growth in total production and diversify sources of national income Wa for the economy, which relies heavily on the oil sector at the moment.
He said the failure to adopt scientific and efficiency in the departments and state institutions would weaken the positive results achieved from the five-year plan, which requires taking all factors into consideration in order to reach real economic development during the next five years, taking away from the secretions of the current political situation, which showed examples of splitting and the different levels of government, thus negative results on the functioning of economic growth, which invites us to rebuild the economic and institutional again away from the role of these entities and political parties.
