Baghdad, the Democratic Republic, Iraqi economic expert said on Friday that the next government has a responsibility to review the economic agreements concluded by Iraq in the past four years, while the Iraqi government confirmed that the revision of economic agreements can only modify the legal or constitutional.
Said Mohammed Yassiri told Kurdistan News (Akaniwz) announced today that "the next government is their review of all economic agreements concluded by the outgoing government, being the need to review minutes to see the gaps that accompanied its conclusion."
He explained that "a review of economic agreements does not mean, of course, to cancel and this is permitted by law, Iraqi law and international conventions."
And that "more than 27 international economic agreement needs to review and check they are in favor of one party or another party."
On the other hand stressed the economic advisor in the Iraqi government peace Quraishi that agreements can not be revised or amended except by a law they were taking the necessary legal approvals to do so.
Quraishi said The "economic treaties and agreements concluded by the government earlier can not be revised by a constitutional amendment is legal and the law of international conventions."
And explained that "most of the conventions signed by Iraq in the years previous to the audit of the two points of the Convention and to provide a comprehensive study of both sides on the most important problems facing the Convention."
