The Cabinet approved at its yesterday to spend the amount allocated to the victims of Iraq's Kurdistan region from the amount of the reserve in the budget in 2010 by the Ministry of Immigration distribution of funds between the displaced families.
He said government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh said in a statement issued by his office yesterday: «The Council approved the allocation of the organizations in the oil-producing provinces of the amount of petro dollars, while other provinces are based to effect transfers from the budget of developing regions to provide the required amount in the case could not be allocated the amount is to approach Council Minister ».
He added: «The Council of Ministers agreed to a CBI commissioned Ms. Hadid Architecture to carry out preliminary design and detailed engineering and supervision for building the new Central Bank of Iraq».
He noted that the Council «agreed to set up a national commission to propose a legislative and regulatory supreme body dealing with disaster management and formed the committee chaired by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the membership of the Ministries of Interior, Defense and Planning, Health, Environment and Water Resources, Municipalities and State for National Security Affairs and the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the board of advisers and the Iraqi Red Crescent» .
The statement continued: «The Cabinet has approved a law amending the slogan of the Republic of Iraq, stamped No. 85 of 1965, the auditor by the State Council and forwarded to the Iraqi Council of Representatives on the basis of the provisions of Articles 61 / item first, and 80 / the second clause of the Constitution taking into account the opinion of the Committee Legal Secretariat to the Council of Ministers «.
And said that: «The Council also approved an allocation of 3 billion dinars to complete the reconstruction of a revered imam, Mohammed bin Ali al-Hadi« p »in the district of country as per the report of the Special Secretariat of the shrine of reserves to balance the 2010 and under the supervision of the Shiite Waqf».
