Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki announced a government plan to secure airspace and land and sea border after the U.S. withdrawal from the country.
Maliki said during a meeting with French Ambassador to Iraq Bwalun Boris and his accompanying delegation yesterday, that the Iraqi relations - French gain in strength and durability.
He said he looked forward to further cooperation and support of our armed forces with equipment and modern military aircraft to a secure environment and land and sea border after the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq, as well as cooperation in economic, commercial and electric power and construction of airports.
