Iraq : completion of contractual procedures for the new batch of service projects in Baghdad

Baghdad secretariat has completed the planning approvals and contractual procedures for a new batch of investment projects to be implemented in the capital.
He said a press release issued by the Information Office at the Municipality of Baghdad received "morning," a copy of it yesterday:
"Completed the planning approvals for the construction of the city of games, including parks and gardens area of 13 dunums in the area Aeltagyat. The project for a hotel 4 layers on an area of acres and one in the Utaifiyya with the exploitation of part of the Kadar rest of the secretariat of Baghdad."
He added: "The other projects that have completed planning approvals include a restaurant and a hotel on the banks of the Abu Nuwas Street and the establishment of a commercial building in the area of 1900 m Daoudi box."
And: "that the projects that have completed their contractual actions also include the establishment of complex marketing featuring a car parking, offices and clinics, doctors and recreational facilities for youth in the Harthiya.
The project for a 5-star hotel within the park July 14 celebrations in Kadhimiya, a park April 9 in the Bzaiz Fudhaliyah, as well as The construction of games in the nursery of the canal and press into the camp area 101 Battaween.
