Talabani will discuss the file in earnest with the formation of the government blocks the winner of Thursday's meeting, May 20th.
Baghdad, The leader in the Kurdistan Alliance bloc, Tuesday, that the call made by President Jalal Talabani to all the political blocs to hold a meeting next Thursday aimed at closer views and search a file cabinet in earnest.
A spokesman for the Kurdistan Alliance bloc Raundozi Faryad told Kurdistan News (Akaniwz) that "the call made by President Jalal Talabani blocks election winner aims to develop a road map leading to the formation of the government."
He pointed out that "the importance of the meeting succeeded in it was the first of its kind, brings together the political blocs after the elections, and comes in the absence of a change election results after the re-counts and the hand count in Baghdad."
And Raundozi "The meeting will create an atmosphere through which to engage in serious negotiations to form a government and ease the tension between some of the winning lists," pointing out that "the meeting will be held at the home of President of the Republic will be free from the agenda."
He continued, "Talabani will go ahead with the meeting and so did not attend some of the political blocs," in reference to the President of the Iraqi List and former Prime Minister Iyad Allawi.
Talabani had called two days before the political blocs to come to a meeting sponsored and includes all the political blocs of winning the election next Thursday to discuss the formation of a government.
There has been no block reservation to call or not to participate in the meeting, which is due to be held next Thursday, the home of Talabani Jadiriyah area in central Baghdad.
The President of the Supreme Islamic Council Ammar al-Hakim called more than once, all the political blocs to sit on a round table provided an agenda opens the debate around, and attended by representatives of the political blocs of winning elections, but that the invitation to the wise is not menstruating and so far accepted.
Results showed the progress the Iraqi List by obtaining 91 seats, followed by a list of coalition rule of law with 89 seats, the National Coalition by 70 seats, the Kurdistan Alliance with 43 seats.
And demands that the Iraqi National List in accordance with its mandate to form a government election results, according to the Iraqi constitution in the view of legs of the Iraqi National Coalition and the coalition of the rule of law that they will be charged according to the constitution to form a government being the biggest bloc after the alliance recently.
And the Federal Court had interpreted the label (the largest bloc) or the parliamentary majority to a number that can form a government, said a statement that the term ((parliamentary bloc, the most numerous)) means: either a cluster that formed after the elections through the electoral roll for one, entered the elections on behalf of the No. recruited and won the most number of seats, or the cluster that have accrued from two or more of the electoral lists, which entered the elections with the names and different numbers and then united in a single block with a single entity in the House.
