Said President Jalal Talabani, the need to work to deepen the national cohesion and brotherhood between all components of the fateful people as the cornerstone for building a democratic Iraq a federal constitutional and its citizens enjoy its rewards.
And highlighted the President during a meeting at the Peace Palace in Baghdad, yesterday afternoon, the ministers and members of parliament and deputy ministers, senior officers of the Kurds and other officials in Baghdad, highlighted the political developments and current challenges, as well as the obstacles facing the development of the political process, indicating the nature and path of the efforts being made in order to form the next government.
Talabani said during the meeting, attended by Deputy Prime Minister Nuri al-Rose Shaways, and Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, Minister of Water Resources Dr. Latif Rashid, senior adviser to President Fakhri Karim, the role of the Kurdistan Alliance in the political arena in Iraq.
And, according to a presidential statement received (morning) a copy of it yesterday, that the Kurds, as in the previous stage are rounded views and the consolidation of national harmony and cohesion between the components of Iraqi society.
Talabani said the most important tasks of the officials of the Kurds in Baghdad, including working hard to ensure respect for the Iraqi constitution, and commitment to implement its articles, including Article (140), as well as the development of coalitions with actors and the defense of a democratic Iraq federal free and independent.
