BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Head of Al-Iraqiya Alliance, Ayad Allawi, and Head of Dawlat al-Qanoon Alliance, Nouri al-Maliki, will have a meeting within the coming 48 house, the spokesperson of Al-Iraqiya Alliance said on Wednesday.
“The meeting aims for finding a mutual foundations between the two alliances to proceed with the national partnership concept,” Hayder al-Mullah told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
He noted that the meeting will be the starting point for a series of other meetings between the two alliances “to crystallize the project of national partnership.”
Preliminary election results reveal that the two alliances are the biggest winners.
