Stressed Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on the importance of the development of Iraq's relations with all countries of the world based on respect and common interests. The statement quoted Maliki as saying:« it is necessary to show the image of Iraq the new reality, contrary to show some of the media that you want to distort this image and the development of relations with countries that had to be the new ambassadors in the various fields, especially with regard to reconstruction and investment and to invite companies to participate in the process of construction and reconstruction ». For their part, ambassadors said the new commitment to national contexts and professional work all that would develop relations between Iraq and the countries that will work in them, and show the image of Iraq democratic, federal, for the countries of the world and wants to develop relations with all countries on the basis of common interests.
He also stressed the ambassadors that they will work to clarify the political process and democracy taking place in the Iraqi arena, and to invite international companies to invest and participate in the process of construction and reconstruction, and communicate with the Iraqis abroad and facilitate their return.
