May 24, 2010Foreign Ministers of the GCC countries express satisfaction with Iraqi politicians to meet Saudi monarch
GCC expressed satisfaction with the meetings which brought together a number of Saudi Iraqi leaders to support the political process and national reconciliation among different Iraqi factions.
The Ministers stressed at the conclusion of the meeting of the Ministerial Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council at its Hundred and fifteenth, which was held in Jeddah, stressed Iran's commitment to good relations and non-interference in internal affairs of any Gulf state.
The Council stressed its firm position towards Iraq and of respect for sovereignty, independence, unity and territorial integrity and non-interference in its internal affairs, expressing hope that will be speeded up to form a government of national consensus, away from sectarianism and foreign intervention, so as to achieve national reconciliation.
