Baghdad secretariat has adopted new measures to promote imports of Finance, through real estate investment optimally.
"The new measures include the announcement of the property to be leased in the local newspapers and the Voice of the capital, with a sign on the property to be leased and open a special register of leased properties giving details of the property and are informed of the lessor duration of the contract and solemnly pledged to vacate the property if the end of the term and bear all the legal consequences otherwise ".

"The fact that procedures tightened to provide the Real Estate Department of the Department of Legal Affairs a copy of the attitudes to enable them to submission to the Court of competent investigation in view of abuses taking place on the property of the Secretariat to take the necessary decisions," noting that "in accordance with these procedures there will be coordination with the Police Directorate of the Municipality of Baghdad for the implementation of decisions issued by the court of inquiry against abusers of the property of the Secretariat to provide this Directorate to allocate some of its affiliates to carry out the duties and decisions on the circuit real estate. "
He explained, "that the Secretariat would take legal action in order to update the amounts owed by abusers and Alnacklin through the implementation of the provisions of the Code of Governmental Debts (No. 56) for the year (1977) and other resolutions in force."
