Sadrist MP rules out changes in election results after votes recount
BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Sadrist Lawmaker Bahaa al-Araji on Tuesday ruled out changes in election results after the process to manually recount votes ends.
“It is only a message to reassure the political blocs who objected to the results,” al-Araji told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
He noted that the process is only to check the results so that no one would question the reliability of the election results.
