April 24, 2010Prospective investment cooperation between Egypt and Iraq
The Minister of Investment Dr. Mahmoud Mohi Eddin said the coming period will see more areas of investment and technical cooperation between Egypt and Iraq and complete the setup of the proposed project to establish a trilateral free trade zone between Egypt, Jordan and Iraq.
The Mohiuddin that the coming period will also see consultation on the implementation of a special program of construction companies of the cooperation with the Iraqi side in reconstruction projects, as well as discuss ways to participate in major projects in Iraq through the Egyptian companies specialized.
This came during a meeting of the Egyptian Minister of Investment with the "Salar Mohammed Amin," Vice-President of the Iraqi National Investment and "Zia, Muhammad Ali," Director General of the Iraqi national investment, and that at the end of the second training session offered by the Ministry of Investment of the Group of officials from government bodies, investment in Iraq.
