Prime Minister rejects criticism of the security forces

Prime Minister rejected the criticisms of the security forces following the arrest of a number of issues involved in terrorist activities.

The Prime Minister said in his speech during the first congress of the Sons of Iraq was held today in Baghdad, The voices calling for refusing to arrest those involved in the booby-trapping buildings and the role of citizens, are the same voices that supported the terrorist crimes of Iraqis.


Maliki called the Sons of Iraq to support security services through the activation of intelligence effort and field, in order to prosecute offenders who are trying to target innocent people everywhere.

The prime minister said the government will make necessary efforts to support the people of Iraq, and provide resources to accomplish their tasks. He said the convergence effort, tribal and state effort helped to underscore a major heroic epics have contributed to the defeat of terrorism.

Prime Minister also stressed the need to establish better relations with all countries, refusing to be the meaning of interference in the internal affairs of the country.
