Iraqi Finance: increased number of private banks, indicating the recovery of the economic reality in the country
Baghdad, The adviser to the Iraqi Ministry of Finance on Thursday, said the increasing number of private banks in Iraq, the phenomenon of good shows on the evolution of the economic reality in the country.
He told Zia Alckheon Kurdistan News (Akaniwz) announced today that "the ministry has set specific controls to prevent the increase of private banks indiscriminately in Iraq in order to adjust the banking system."
He explained that the "notable developments in the work of those banks, which shows how the economic recovery experienced by Iraq in the past period, especially since he has not much affected by the economic crisis witnessed by the world."
Alckheon He said: "There is no specific problem to increase corporate banking or contribute, but the Ministry seeks to organize the work of government banks."
He pointed out that the "major objections by the body of opinion within the ministry on to make way for private banks, or so-it sinks private, non-economic experts in the ministry convinced the opinion Bdharop make way for freedom banking disciplined in accordance with legal frameworks, that of Atstdm with the Banking Act".
The number of private banks and arrived in Iraq to approximately 21 banks, which called on the Ministry of Finance to put strict controls for the granting of work permits of private banks in the country.
