Iraq in connection with the establishment of a nuclear power plant electrical

Met with Minister of Electricity Karim Wahid, Dr. Ambassador of Japan (Shoji ridden) and the two sides discussed the subject of the Japanese loan of one billion dollars.
A media source in the ministry of the reporter (and the Iraqi News Agency Information / INA) that he discussed the establishment of a nuclear power plant for generating electric energy through a study prepared by the Ministry.
He added that the meeting focused on discussions the process of implementing the loan Japanese-billion-dollar, which currently includes rehabilitation station Musayyib amount (320 million) and processing of transfer stations and distribution networks amount (300 million dollars) as well as the establishment of power plant in Basra, Ramadi, according to the availability of fuel gas as it made preliminary study to invest in gas field crutch and the establishment of power plant gas capacity (4 × 30 megawatt) by the Toyota Motor Corporation of Japan. and said that Minister of Electricity presented to the Japanese ambassador-year plan of the Ministry have expressed (ridden) the willingness of companies the country to participate in its implementation.
