Got approval to move the line of flight between Baghdad and London via Sweden after great efforts made by the Ministry for the reopening of this line which was supposed to be opened earlier by Turkey, but it was delayed because of some obstacles from the Turkish side, after the great development witnessed by the Baghdad International Airport and meeting the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization and management of the airport by the largest global security companies will launch the first flight from Baghdad to London via Malmo in Sweden on Friday, in what would be the way back from London to Baghdad.
The opening of this line as a result of significant efforts by Iraqi Airways and the Swedish Civil Aviation Authority that the President is currently the President of the European Civil Aviation Authority was supportive of the opening of this line.
Has received members of the Iraqi community in London this achievement with joy and pleasure after the break line for more than 20 years they were taking multiple trips in order to reach Baghdad, while will provide them with this line and direct access from London to Baghdad as well as granted by the Iraqi Airways reductions of 10 % of Iraqi citizens, passengers on board the aircraft.
