Fire crews put out a large fire in the compound of Ministers

Fire crews managed the Directorate of Civil Defense with the assistance of the army and police put out a massive fire broke out in the compound of Ministers (Qadisiyah) in Baghdad yesterday evening, according to a source familiar with GPO.
The source said in press statements that the fire broke out in the eighth hour of the night at a park inside the compound and fire spread to the buildings near it,he said, adding that firefighters and army troops and police rushed immediately after the outbreak of the fire to extinguish the fire, without giving any details about damage caused by fire.
The complex includes houses, many officials in the State of ministers and deputy ministers and advisers, in addition to members of the House of Representatives, outgoing and a number of political party headquarters, the offices of media channels such as freedom of space.
