The Deputy President of the Republic that the election is now a detailed an important role in the political life of Iraq and must be preserved and sustain its momentum and mass at all levels.
"The next phase should emphasize the provision of services to the people and to activate the service and development through a network of health projects, educational, cultural and municipal that provide direct services to citizens."
He pointed out the importance of activating the role of civil society organizations and the private sector as well as the welfare state and its various institutions in order to integrate the process of rebuilding and reconstruction in all provinces of the country.
