8:00 am Delegates Dining Room 6-8 Breakfast: Ministerial level breakfast, hosted by H.E. Mrs. Hillary Rodham Clinton, Secretary of State of the United States of America.

9:00 am Trusteeship Council Conference: Opening session of the International Donors' Conference towards a "New Future for Haiti". The United States and the United Nations (UN), in cooperation with the Government of Haiti, and with the support of Brazil, Canada, the European Union, France, and Spain will co-host a ministerial "International Donors' Conference Towards a New Future for Haiti".

Countries, international organizations, and other partners will have an opportunity to pledge resources, to coordinate in support of Haiti's long-term recovery and to commit to a sustained effort to support Haiti.

Welcoming and opening remarks by the United Nations Secretary-General; H.E. Mrs. Hillary Rodham Clinton, Secretary of State of the United States of America, and H.E. Mr. Rene Garcia Preval, President of Haiti.

Introductory remarks by Co-chairs, Brazil, Canada, European Union, France, Spain, chaired by the Secretary of State of the United States of America. Remarks by H.E. Mr. William Jefferson Clinton, former President of the United States of America and United Nations Special Envoy for Haiti.

Presentation on Haitian Plan and Needs by the Prime Minister of Haiti, chaired by the Secretary-General of the United Nations. Response by international institutions, Chaired by the Secretary-General:

Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP);

President of the World Bank; President of the Inter-American Development Bank; Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund; and President of the Caribbean Development Bank. Auditorium Press Conference: by the United Nations Office for Partnerships (UNOP) to announce a major new initiative in support of the farmers in Haiti.
