Cairo - Isra Khalifa Is scheduled to arrive in Baghdad on Friday, a senior delegation from the League of Arab States aboard an Iraqi Airways, to monitor the stages of the electoral process.
Revealed that the "morning" Assistant Secretary-General of the League Ambassador Ahmed Ben Helli, adding that the delegation led by Assistant Secretary General for Public Information and Communications at the University of Mohammed الخمليشي will begin immediately after his arrival in Baghdad functions monitor the legislative elections to be held on Sunday.
Ben Helli, confirmed that the delegation has completed all the procedures related to his work as an observer for the elections, which he described as "crucial for the Iraqi people."
